A healthy diet these days includes certified organic and fresh convenience products. Clean Eating is the name of the new trend – the desire for a healthy diet with foods that are as fresh and as natural as possible.

The idea is to eat as simply as possible and as fresh as possible. Preferred foods are free of additives and have not undergone extensive processing, which significantly reduces nutritional value. Clean Eating doesn’t only sound fit, lean and light – it really is.

Responding to consumer demand, the “Organic” and “Fresh Convenience” segments offer great potential for boosting sales in the food retail sector. The appeal of these segments is also clearly reflected at FRUIT LOGISTICA from 8-10 February 2017 in Berlin. “Follow me!” is the slogan for a system enabling 102 certified organic product suppliers and 64 fresh convenience exhibitors to be quickly, directly and accurately located.

Using a special online service, trade visitors can create their own routes and easily identify suppliers of organic and fresh convenience products from among the more than 2,900 exhibitors represented. All organic and convenience suppliers are listed in the Virtual Market Place and can be specifically searched. Trade visitors can also prepare their personalised trade fair rounds in advance. FRUIT LOGISTICA exhibitors with organic certificates and/or relevant convenience products can register to take part in the Organic Route and/or the Convenience Route until the end of January 2017.
