Decorating, giving, celebrating, enjoying: At the 51st CADEAUX Leipzig from September 2nd to 4th, 2017 everything revolves around the beautiful things in life. Around 350 companies and brands present their latest lifestyle collections at the trade fair. “The CADEAUX, which celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2017, is once again proving to be a reliable partner in the industry,” says project director Andreas Zachlod. “For specialist retailers in Central Germany, the trade fair is an indispensable event to keep up with the latest trends and order for the upcoming Christmas business.”

The Fall edition of the CADEAUX particularly well covers the covered table, cook shop and gourmet sector. Among others alfi, Altenburger Senf und Feinkost, Berndes, Josef Schulte-Ufer, LARES, Le Creuset, PEUGEOT Germany, Tee Maass, Victorinox and Wolfram Berge. are exhibiting. Also representative is the area of living, giving & Gardening with companies such as Ambiente Europe, Carl Dietrich, FBB interiors, formano, Goebel Porzellan, Goldbach, Hossner Heimtex, Jürgen Schleiß, la vida, Polanski Speckstein, Udo Schmidt, Yankee Candle and many others , In the area of stationery, creativity and games, AvanCarte, Bartl, Carletto, Fausto, Hans Postler, HobbyFun, Paper + Design, Pro Na and Trötsch can be experienced.

The Erzgebirgische Holzkunst, which traditionally presents its world’s largest presentation at CADEAUX Leipzig, has a special place. In the fall of 2017 around 50 companies again represent, including for example Blank Kunsthandwerk, Crottendorfer Räucherkerzen, Drechslerei Kuhnert, Erzgebirgische Lichterhäuser Birgit Uhlig, Gabriele Günther, Holzkunst Müller Klingenthal, Kleinkunst aus dem Erzgebirge Müller, Kunstgewerbe Frieder & André Uhlig, KWO Kunstgewerbe-Werkstätten Olbernhau, Lenk & Sohn, PEWO, Ratags Holzdesign, Heipro oder Volker Zenker. Many manufacturers from the Erzgebirge – such as Christian Ulbricht, Dregeno Seiffen, Emil A. Schalling, Erzgebirgische Holzkunst Gahlenz, Friedensbrücke, Richard Glässer, Seiffener Volkskunst, ULMIK und Zeidler Holzkunst – already exhibit in Leipzig since the first CADEAUX in 1992. Thus the Verband Erzgebirgischer Kunsthandwerker und Spielzeughersteller e.V., being a founding exhibitor, hosts a special show, to exhibit product highlights from the past 25 years.

Fresh cuisine – healthy and profitable

A further special show is dedicated to culinary enjoyment: “Healthy, fast food with a fresh kick” is the theme of the 51. CADEAUX Leipzig. Manufacturers of cookware and kitchen accessories present their latest products in live demonstrations. At the same time, Chef Ralf Meuser prepares fast, healthy and delicious dishes, for example the food trend Zoodles, a pasta creation from zucchini. Instead of flour and egg, these “noodles” consist of vegetable spirals served with on-site-made sauces. – Indispensable for the conscious diet are also fresh kitchen herbs. The experts from Kräuterhof Falkenhain and Kräuterhof “Sommerwiese” located at the well-known Dübener Heide will explain the diversity of the local nature here. The lectures will be held daily 11.45, 13.45 and 15.45 hours.

Another culinary highlight is held by the Saturday afternoon: On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of CADEAUX Leipzig, Prosecco, coffee and croissants are served in the exhibition center. On Sunday evening, the fair’s birthday party will take place in the traditional Moritzbastei.

Splendid offer on the MIDORA

The watch and jewelery trade fair MIDORA Leipzig will once again take place at the same time as CADEAUX. At the most important German branch meeting in autumn, some 205 companies and brands present their current collections of watches and jewelery. The open and affiliated area of the MIDORA, which mainly offers fashion accessories and accessories, is also open to the trade visitors of CADEAUX Leipzig.

Ticket free of charge with pre-registration

The CADEAUX Leipzig is open from 9.30am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday (2nd / 3rd September 2017) and from 9.30am to 5.00pm on Monday (September 5th). For online pre-registration, trade visitors receive free admission for up to four persons per specialty shop. The day ticket costs € 19.00; Holders of a regular card pay 8,00 Euro. The tickets entitle holders to one-off free round trip to / from exhibition center by public transport (tariff zones 110, 151, 156, 162, 163, 168, 210, 225).
